It's probably you are getting hacked or it's disconnection problems. Sometimes I have bad connection and I get logged off. When I get logged back on it says "This account has already been on..." or something like that. Or maybe it's a mix of disconnection and maybe you were in a beta server? I believe things on beta server don't save.
