Generally admins are the one who are supposed to remove {{delete}} templates after reviewing them. The user who removed the template was the one who made the page so it made sense why he did so. That user has been temporarily blocked and the pages created have been deleted.

If you ever see anybody spamming ads or irrelevant pages on the wiki, feel free to report it in the #wiki-reports channel in the discord server (see the box on the right) for a much faster response. Placing a {{delete}} template will usually receive quite a slow response.
