Obsessive Growtopian is the third tier of the "Ding!" achievement line, which are awarded for reaching a certain level.
These achievements don't show up in your list unless you have unlocked their previous tier, so if you don't have the "Long Time Fan" achievement then you won't see Obsessive Growtopian in your list.
