Are you referring to the Template Documentation category?
If so, then no. This category should not be added to any items, or any pages at all really. The category is made to organize and keep info on all the Templates that are available on the wiki (or rather, the documentation of those templates). This doesn't include any actual content pages of the wiki, it only contains various documents about how to use the different Templates that are available on the wiki.
Thus, you shouldn't be adding it to any pages. It's for the documentation of templates, not for content pages.
