It doesn't "shift" the descriptions by weather, you first read description, and it tells you what type of weather to use IN THE TREASURE WORLD YOU BLASTED, Then using the weather search in that world or complete the quest, for example the night weather's clue tell you to do a surgery, holding the map, in the treasure world, using a night weather machine
