How often can I get a Soul Stone from this guy? The Wiki says 1 time a month, and a maximum of 3 only; the world ANCESTRALPOWER says 1 purchase of a Soul Stone a month; and GT players Laken and Perysha say that only one can be purchased. EVER. Anyone know the truth? Thx in advance!
