Something you can do is click the arrow next to the Edit button, click History and click on the revision BEFORE the vandalism occured (click on the timestamp), click Edit and then click Publish.
If you're still unsure of how to do it, leave it to an admin or another user who understands how to do it. I check all edits which occur so I'll see it anyways and I'll block the user.
If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. Also as BSV001 mentioned, you can join the discord group (displayed on the right) and post it there to fast-track its removal.
