I think that the page must be kept. Even if it's teaching people how the scam works, which might attract a lot of pros "wanna-be" to scam, but without this, a ton newbies might just get scammed.
Think of it this way: When a player tries to scam you, you would know that this is scamming and would not want to get scammed.. unless you have mental issues, which I am sure you don't.
