I feel the "Scams" page should be left on the wiki, because it is a part of growtopia and therefore we must trust growtopians to just not do these scams. we can't control it. Besides, i'm pretty sure most people aren't stupid enough to actually do these scams.
Another possible idea is to make the warning stronger, and keep regular people (not admin or moderator) from editing these pages.
