The Pet Trainer is a non-solid NPC foreground block which was added as part of the Pet Battles update. One can be directly summoned by consuming a Pet Trainer Whistle, or can be randomly spawned in a world through a special event.
Function
A player may battle a Pet Trainer using Battle Pet Cage using battle pets.
Once a trainer has been defeated, he will immediately disappear. In turn, he rewards players with a Pet Trainer Medal, which can be traded with another Pet Trainer for certain items. A Pet Trainer will disappear if not defeated within 24 hours.
