The Thinking Cap is an unsplicable hat item which was added as part of the Pet Battles update.
Function

When equipped, the Thinking Cap grants the Brainpower mod, which allows the player to punch one tile further. It will also summon a floating brain pet which follows the player around. Additionally, this pet can be trained as a battle pet.
