The Party Screamer is an unsplicable consumable which was added as part of Anniversary Week 2017.
Function
When consumed, the Party Screamer allows the player to shout out a party scream, which works the same way as a Super Broadcast or a Megaphone, except with a randomized party-related message.
A list of known Party Screamer messages include:

- "I'm like a good demon, bringin' the party in!"
- "Crank it up!!!"
- "Ain't no party like a GT party cuz a GT party is dissimilar from other parties!"
