The Party-In-A-Box is an unsplicable consumable which was added as part of Anniversary Week 2015 on January 11, 2015.
Function
When consumed, this item will cause an Anniversary Party! special event to spawn, giving players thirty seconds to find five randomly spawned party items in the world:
