The T-Shirt Cannon is an unsplicable hand item which was added as part of Anniversary Week 2016.
Function
The T-Shirt Cannon is the only source of fan shirts. If worn with any type of fuel, the player is able to punch another player and automatically force them to equip a shirt, depending on the type of fuel used. The fuel will be used up with each punch.
