The T-Shirt Cannon is an unsplicable hand item which was added as part of Anniversary Week 2016.
Function
If worn with any type of fuel, the player is able to punch another player and automatically force them to equip a shirt, depending on the type of fuel used. The fuel will be used up with each punch.
