Party Block is a tile block added January 11, 2015 to celebrate Growtopia's Second Anniversary. It can be obtained in a special event called "Anniversary Party!" during Anniversary Week. The event occurs randomly in populated worlds, or can be forced to spawn with a Party-In-A-Box.
