The Lightning Guitar is an unsplicable hand item which was added as part of Anniversary Week 2023 on January 13, 2023.

When equipped, the Lightning Guitar grants the Punch Damage + Punch Range: Greased Lightning Guitar mod, which allows the player to break blocks faster and to punch one tile further.
