Hi,
Please do note that the Farmables page is designed to be for items which are commonly farmed (e.g. Chandeliers, Fish Tanks, etc). This means that items such as Lava and Dirt are not supposed to belong on that page. Instead, they are to belong on the Farmability Guide page (in which it already does). Perhaps I'll make it clear on the page.
Regarding prices of items, such information is not suited for the wiki. The wiki is supposed to be encyclopedic and prices are purely opinions and what people are willing to pay for them.
