When equipped, the Plasma Heart grants the Light Source + Build Range mod, which allows the player to emit light in dark areas and build one tile further. The color of the Plasma Heart varies depending on the player's local time.

Trivia

• Just like the Legendary Comet Hair, equipping the Plasma Heart whilst using a Spirit Guide will duplicate the former's effects. This bug has not been patched as of July 5, 2021.
