The Pinata Pal is an unsplicable hand item which was added as part of Cinco De Mayo Week 2016 on May 2, 2016.

When equipped, the Pinata Pal grants the Candy Blast mod, which replaces the player's punch. Additionally, a pet pinata appears and follows the player around.
