The Pet Alebrije is an unsplicable hand item which was added as part of Cinco De Mayo Week 2022 on May 5, 2022.

When equipped, the Pet Alebrije grants the Light Source: Pet Alebrije mod, which allows the player to emit light in dark areas. Unlike other Light Source mod items, the light does not emit from the player, instead follows the Pet Alebrije.
Trivia
- Alebrijes are brightly colored Mexican folk art sculptures of fantasy creatures. They were recorded to have first originated in Mexico City in the 20th century, in 1936.
