Function

After the Balloon-O-Matic explodes, the Destroyed Balloon-O-Matic serves a purely aesthetic purpose.

There is no legitimate way of obtaining the Destroyed Balloon-O-Matic. However, it is possible to obtain it in the player's backpack by consuming a Flashback Flan to the item.
