The Balloon Target is an unsplicable non-solid foreground block which was added as part of Brr-lloon Warz 2019.
Function
During Balloon Warz, 20-30 Balloon Target spawn every three minutes for 30 seconds in the BALLOONWARZ worlds as part of the Balloon Hunt Special Event. Hitting them with war balloons gives equal points for each one.
