The Radioactive Synthoid is a hand item which was added as part of the Night Of The Chemicals update on March 2, 2017.
Function
 Your pet shoots lasers!

When equipped, the Radioactive Synthoid grants the Laserbeast mod, which summons a Radioactive Synthoid pet which follows the player around and allows the player to shoot lasers when punching.
