The Chainsaw Hand is an unsplicable hand item which was added as part of Halloween Week 2015 on October 29, 2015.

When equipped, the Chainsaw Hand grants the Slasher mod, which allows the player to kill zombies during a Pandemic. It will also replace the player's punching animation with a slashing effect.
As of WinterFest 2019, when a player equipping a Chainsaw Hand punches an Ice Sculptures, its appearance will transform into one of the four available ones: candy cane, flower, teddy bear, or star. Each punch will guarantee a different outcome.
Trivia
- The item is a reference to the Evil Dead series of films, in which the protagonist severs his possessed hand and attaches a chainsaw in its place.
