This item was added with the Paleontologist's Kit. It is obtainable from Fossil Rocks that can be found randomly on rocks, and needs to be removed using a Rock Hammer and Rock Chisel THEN using a Fossil Brush on the dropped Fossil to turn it into a Polished Fossil, which gives a better item inside a Fossil Prep Station.
