The No-Face is a face item. It was added in Player Appreciation Week 2016.

Function

Your face is back!

When equipped, the No-Face grants the Mark of Growganoth mod which makes the player's face disappear.

It is not possible for a player to be fully invisible with the The One Ring and No-Face , even though the No-Face removes the player's face.
Since October 1, 2020, it is now possible to be fully invisible with The One Ring and No-Face. This is supposedly temporary.
During the Quality of Life Changes update on May 20, 2022, the price of No-Face and other rate items were priced at a low price of 3 Wolf Tickets sold by the Sales-Man which was reverted an hour after the update was released along with making No-Face untradable so the developers can remove it from their inventory. This was made tradable again on June 1, 2022.
