This item was added during the Artsy April update. It is to be made by using 100 Charbroiled Wolf Emblem on an Anvil (with the other required stuff)

This item's description refers to the Bark at the Moon song by Ozzy Osbourne. The 3 wolves disappear every 5 seconds. To get a Charbroiled Wolf Emblem, drop a Howling Wolf Emblem into a Highly Combustible Box and set it on fire.
