Mermaid Tail is unsplicable pants item which is a rare drop from a Lobster Trap using Shrimp Lure. When worn, it will make the player move faster through water and slower on land, similar to Swim Fins.

- When equipped, the player's legs disappear, as well as any feet items they are wearing.
