The Dark Cult Hood is @jairrocket's exclusive mod item. He received it during the Sewing update on 1 February. The Dark Cult Hood, hence it's name, is darker than the normal Cultist Hood, to the point that it's black.
As of PAW 2017, Dark Cult Hood (along with the Green Dragon Mask) are available to the public.

This item never drops any seeds.
Trivia
- This is also the same hood in Ms. Terry's Villain portrait. It also looks like the Regular Cultist Hood obtainable from Growganoth, but dyed black.
