The Tempered Party Tunes is an unsplicable consumable which was added as part of Anniversary Week 2016.

Obtaining

When a Fire reaches a placed Highly Combustible Box containing a stack of Party Tunes, the block will be destroyed, and its contents will be converted into Tempered Party Tunes.

Forging 100 Tempered Party Tunes creates an 80's Tape Deck, which is used in the recipe of the Party Blaster (alongside 2 Mega Rock Speaker and 4 D Battery).
