I contacted the VSTF about it about a week ago as well, and even before then I can see in the deletion logs that they've been here and there purging these spam pages.


Unfortunately, due to the similarity and the suddeness of this onslaught, I'm lead to believe this is one person, and they have the means to easily evade the bans and IP blocks. I've been alerting the Weebly staff of his activities too, and they've taken down 4-5 pages so far, though similar websites just pop up in their place.


I'm not sure what else can be done about this phisher
