Cosmic Cape is a cape back item which grants Double Jump when worn. It was the special prize which the top 3 players in the Cosmic Crown Daily Challenge used to obtain. However, it is now obtainable in the Growtopia Store on the Night Of The Comet for 200,000 Gems since the challenge got removed.
