The Sword and Shield is a hand item and can be created by mixing 1 Warrior's Shield, 1 Sword Pommel and 1 Sword Blade in any Chemical Combiner.
When worn, the item makes it so you can't be affected by "Fists O' Fury" mods or anything that has strong punch.
