Flaming Cape is an unsplicable back item which was added as part of Halloween Week 2015.

 You can jump in mid-air! It's like flying, but less.

When equipped, the Flaming Cape grants the Double Jump mod, which allows the player to jump a second time in mid-air. When respawning, flames will come out of the player.
