In-game description:

This item can't be spliced.
This item never drops any seeds
Additonal Info
Flaming Cape can be made by dropping Vampire Cape In A Highly Combustible Box and close it. Then use an Eldritch Flame or a Pocket Lighter on it. It has the same effects as Phoenix Wings (Fire trail appears when jumping and burning effect when respawn/die).
The flaming cape does not resist fire! You will still take normal damage from Lava.
