The Inside-Out Vampire Cape is a special Halloween item.
The cape grants the Double Jump ability and causes a flurry of red bats (unlike the black bats from the Vampire Cape ) upon the user's death.
Inside-Out Vampire Cape is a 2015 Halloween item and has a slim chance (10%) of getting when using 25 Cape Tatters on yourself. Cape Tatters are obtained by sacrificing to Growganoth an item of high rarity (110+) during Halloween Week.
