Mysterious Cultist appears on a special event that occurs 1 week before Halloween. He will spawn mostly in the World of The Day. He wears the Special Cultist Hood and Cultist Robe. The Special Cultist Hood looks like a normal cultist hood, but it is unknown what it is used for. It was added as part of the Halloween 2014 update and was found in the game files.
Keep in mind that Mysterious Cultist can leave after a short amount of time. He will talk using blue color and walk around the world. Some of his lines are:
<@Mysterious Cultist> Silence mortals! You are not worthy. <@Mysterious Cultist> You cannot stop the awakening. <@Mysterious Cultist> It knows only hunger, only hatred. <@Mysterious Cultist> Shadows grow longer, something waits in the silence.
