The Rollback Plaque III is an upcoming item that will be distributed when the Apology Event occurs on August 9th or 10th 2015.
On August 9th, 2015, Hamumu made a thread on the forums saying that it was confirmed that another Rollback will take place, and Rollback Plaque III's will be splicable, but not drop any seeds.
It will most likely be made by splicing Cave Background and Sign together, just like the Rollback Plaque I and II.
