You can only get this leash by randomly using Super Firework, breaking a Summer Suprise, or finding it in the Treasure Chests that are hidden in a beach-blasted world.
This leash replaces the Phoenix Wings, so the Phoenix Wings are no longer obtainable
. However, only 150 of them were obtained during Summerfest 2015 so it was still obtainable during Summerfest 2016 so about 350 left to obtain.
Phoenix Pacifier also equips the user with "Fiery Pet" mod which allows the user to punch further by 1 block and breaks faster like a pickaxe.
