The Penguin Leash is a splicable pet hand item which was added as part of the Block Party update on June 12, 2015.
Function
 Your little friend blasts ice beams.

 Your friend has flown the coop.

When equipped, a penguin pet appears and follows the player around. Moreover, the item also gives the player the Icy Pet mod. The Penguin Leash replaces the player's punch effect with beams of ice fired by the penguin.
