A Spotlight can be used to grant the In the Spotlight mod on anyone in the world, which focuses a circle of light on the targeted player regardless of their distance to the Spotlight. The mod can be removed anytime by a player with access to the block or leaving the world.
Trivia
- The circles of light created by Spotlights will get brighter when lumped together. Players can even "disappear" with enough of them.
