The Diamond Dragon is a hand item which was added as part of the Locke The Traveling Salesman update on March 22, 2015.
Function
 You command a mighty (valuable) dragon!

 Your dragon has abandoned you.
|
When equipped, it will give the Dragonborn With A Silver Spoon mod, which summons a Diamond Dragon that follows its wearing around and allows to break blocks faster, as well as pushing players back further when punching, like a Just One Boxing Glove.
