The Irish Sport Horsie is one of the new items that came in the 2015 St. Patrick's Week in Growtopia.
To get a Lucky Horseshoe, you need to complete BLARNEY1 - BLARNEY8 all on the same day (a Growtopian day, according to /time).
It adds the Speedy mod when equipped causing the user move faster. If you say "LOL" or ":D" while riding this horse, you would see that the horse would also smile.
