This item is just in the carnival. You can buy Golden Tickets from here. You need to make 100 Rarity of item. You can play many games using Golden Ticket. 100 Rarity does not mean you need exact 100 rarity for that. Rarity saves even if you give more. The more you give, the more tickets you get.
Tip: You can farm sugar canes, get golden tickets and sell them for world locks. As you know 200 sugarcanes costs 1wl. You will get 48 tickets for that! People buy tickets at 20/wl each. (Mostly) You will earn profit from it.
