Reindeer Bell is a special limited edition item that has been distributed during the WinterFest. It is obtained through breaking Snowy Rocks blocks and trees. There is only 1000 of these leashes in the game. However, some of them were converted into the Magic Reindeer Bell. So there are currently less than 1000 leashes in the game.
