Comet Dust spawns in worlds with many people during the Night Of The Comet.
Comet Dust spawns in the world if the world has 2 or more players every 5 minutes (in worlds with more than 60 people). The rate of spawning decreases exponentially from there. It spawns randomly around the world like Fireworks and Magic Eggs.
Once you collect a Comet Dust, you will get an achievement "Sparkly Dust".
After you consuming 200 Comet Dust, you will obtain a Starseed. and will get an achievement "We Are All Stardust".
Wearing Cosmic Cape will have rare chance to drop Comet Dust by breaking most of things, even when it isn't Night Of The Comet.
