PromisePie do not create a page just to promote yourself but rather, click on your own name and click profile. There you should see the options 'Add to this page!' or search for promisepie. Click add to this page to talk about yourself there if u like. To add in a profile picture, move your cursor to the space(underneath your name, promisepie) there should be a 'Edit' coming out. Click it and there are 2 tabs. Click on avatar. The rest I don't have to say, you would know what to do. :)
