You can get Balance Mooncakes from harvesting trees of any kind but the higher the rarity the higher the chance you can get one. You can also get one (including all the other mooncakes) by purchasing the Harvest Pack that costs 20,000 gems. It is also used to make Songpyeons.(Same as other mooncakes but harder to get)
On 2014, balance mooncakes were sold for 3-5 World locks but on 2015, the mooncakes were sold 6-8 world locks, which clearly states that the price of balance mooncake increases every year.
