This item gives the Flamethrowin' mod, which disables the player's ability to punch unless they are also wearing a Fuel Pack. If the player is wearing a Fuel pack, then the player's punches are substituted out for a rush of deadly fire that causes a high amount of damage to blocks (counts as 3 punches). Each punch consumes one Fuel pack.
